Richard Dix | Chairman & CEO

Richard Dix is Chairman & CEO of Winchester Carlisle Companies. Mr. Dix has over 20 years experience in homebuilding, real estate development, manufacturing and several other entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to founding Winchester Carlisle, Mr. Dix served as the Mountain West Area President for Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM) where he was responsible for managing over $1 billion in capital, over $1 billion in annual revenue and over 3,000 units per year.

Justin Bono | CFO

Justin Bono is the Chief Financial Officer at Winchester Carlisle. Mr. Bono has over 15 years of experience in all facets of finance and real estate.  Prior to joining Winchester, he served as President and CEO for Dubose Homes managing a residential land portfolio in excess of $150 million. He started his career with Arthur Andersen and later served as Controller and Vice President of Finance and Operations at Pulte Homes' Dallas/Fort Worth division managing all financial responsibilities for an operation with over $250 million in revenue and 1,500 closings per year.

Patrick Vedra | President, Carwin Advisors

Patrick Vedra has over 19 years of diversified experience in the areas of real estate, finance, leadership and strategy. As Managing Director of Carwin Advisors, he has been instrumental in advising numerous lenders and investors on strategies for maximizing the value of distressed real estate assets. Mr. Vedra’s expertise includes guiding lender groups through the bankruptcy process, negotiating entitlements, determining valuations and leading efforts to reposition and restructure distressed master-planned communities and mixed use developments.

Bill Senkel | President, Land Commerce

Bill Senkel has over 12 years of experience that spans real estate, homebuilding, and finance. As President of Land Commerce, he leads the land brokerage operations throughout Texas. Prior to leading Land Commerce, Mr. Senkel served as President of Land Specialties, a large-scale real estate development company, where he was responsible for managing numerous residential communities as well as a diverse real estate portfolio. Prior to this, Mr. Senkel was a partner with a real estate development and finance company with assets in excess of $100 million. His experience also includes working with two Fortune 500 home builders, including serving as Vice President of Land.

Vickie Parker | President, Nathan Grace

Vickie Parker is President of Nathan Grace Real Estate overseeing all aspects of company operations and customer service. With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Parker provides expertise in leadership, operations management, and program and product development. She began her career at Brinker International, holding various leadership roles during her tenure. Most recently, she served as VP of Purchasing and Customer Relations at a Fortune 500 homebuilder. In that role she was focused on designing and implementing new operation models to drive process improvement, increase customer satisfaction, manage talent, and increase productivity, product quality, and operating profits.

Don Boettcher | President, Dunhill Homes, NV

Don Boettcher has over 25 years of residential real estate experience. Mr. Boettcher is the Division President for Dunhill Homes in Las Vegas. Mr. Boettcher most recently served as the Vice President of Land for the Las Vegas division of Pulte Homes, Inc. Employed by Pulte Homes from April 1986 to September 2009, he served in various capacities, inclusive of finance, construction, purchasing and strategic planning, including the startup of the Las Vegas division. Prior to this, Mr. Boettcher worked for Arthur Andersen LLP in the regulated industry group.

John Mann | President, Dunhill Homes, TX

John Mann is the Division President for Dunhill and Nathan Carlisle Homes in Texas, overseeing all home building operations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets. Mr. Mann is responsible for the rapid expansion of Dunhill’s footprint in Texas. Mr. Mann has over 20 years of expert experience in leading construction and operations for home builders throughout Texas. Prior to joining Dunhill Homes, John served as the Dallas/Fort Worth Division President for Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH). Before this, John was also Division President for Morrison Homes and David Weekley Homes.

Megha Shukla | Marketing and Business Intelligence

Megha Shukla has over thirteen years of experience in the area of marketing, market analytics, economic research, customer segmentation, branding, media analytics and optimization, CRM, and business intelligence. As the Director of Marketing and Business Intelligence at Winchester Carlisle she leads the marketing, market research, and analytics functions for the group’s several companies. Prior to joining Winchester Carlisle Companies, she was leading several initiatives in the areas of competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and strategic positioning for a Fortune 50 Bank. Ms. Shukla has also worked in strategic marketing function for one of the nation’s top homebuilders.

Tiffany Kasberg | Creative Director

Tiffany Kasberg is Creative Director at the Winchester Carlisle group of companies. Ms. Kasberg leads all graphic design initiatives, including all print collateral, and website design. She has over 10 years experience in the field of design and web-development. She has won several design awards for her work. Prior to joining Winchester Carlisle, Tiffany was solely responsible from concept to production on several large accounts for Fortune 500 companies. She also has years of experience in marketing and design specific to the architectural and real estate fields.
